Refund Policy
Cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active through the end of your paid period. No partial refunds.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (Trail, Expedition, Pro) can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all features and remaining signals until the period ends
- No partial-month refund is issued
- Your account is not deleted — you can resubscribe at any time
Free Trials
First-time subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. During the trial:
- You are not charged during the trial period
- The card on file is charged automatically when the 7-day trial ends
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge
- Cancelling mid-trial keeps your access through the end of the trial
Signal Packs
Signal pack add-on purchases (Scout Pack, Ranger Pack) are non-refundable. Unused signals from add-on packs expire at the end of your current billing period.
Organization Accounts
Organization (Org) accounts with prepaid signal pools are billed on a custom basis. Refund terms for Org accounts are defined in the individual service agreement. Contact support@getdeadzone.io for Org billing inquiries.
Service Issues
If you experience a significant service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using your signals, contact us. We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and may issue signal credits or billing adjustments at our discretion.
How to Cancel
- Dashboard: Sign in at app.getdeadzone.io → Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe portal)
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@getdeadzone.io from the email associated with your account
Cancellations are processed immediately. You will receive an email confirmation.
